WA Gig Guide Payment Terms

All accounts are invoiced by e-mail once we have checked and added your page to our website. Accounts are payable within 7 days of invoicing by either cheque or bank fund transfer (details are included in your invoice). All accounts are subject to the terms and conditions as displayed below.

WA Gig Guide Standard Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions applicable to all advertisers on our website.

WA Gig Guide refers to WA Entertainment Gig Guide and its related bodies as well as any directors and employees. Advertising on a WA Gig Guide website constitutes an agreement by you that you accept and agree to be bound by these conditions.

WA Gig Guide does not warrant that your information on its website or its databases will be secure or uninterrupted, while up-time is expected to be 99% this is not guaranteed and we will not be liable for any loss resulting from you in relying on the security or uninterrupted supply of information or access on the websites.

You indemnify WA Gig Guide and its related bodies from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on the websites. WA Gig Guide reserves the right to edit or remove any information on its website at anytime without notice or reason.

WA Gig Guide takes no responsibility for any transaction entered in to between you and customers using this website.

By advertising on the WA Gig Guide websites you must agree that in no circumstances will WA Gig Guide be liable to you for any incidental, indirect and/or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever nature howsoever arising which result from the use or inability to use the WA Gig Guide websites.

All graphics, images, maps and software created by WA Gig Guide for use on WA Gig Guide websites is copyright protected and may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of WA Gig Guide.

All material supplied by you, or which WA Gig Guide downloads from websites at your request must be free of any copyright restrictions and you will indemnify WA Gig Guide from any possible breach of copyright.

WA Gig Guide reserves the right to modify any and all aspects of their websites without notification.

You grant WA Gig Guide the right to display your information on any of its other websites as it sees fit.

Any 'special offers' will apply for the first year or nominated term of contract only, normal pricing will apply thereafter unless otherwise specified in the offer.

Existing or previous advertisers are ineligible for 'special offer' prices unless otherwise specified.

No charges will be incurred for changes made during the design process. A minimum charge of $30.00 may be incurred for changes made by us at your request after the design period is complete and your advertising is live via our site.

WA Gig Guide has a no refund policy and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

All accounts are due for payment within 7 days. Should you fail to pay by the due date, WA Gig Guide reserves the right to de-list your advertising or page(s) until such time as full payment has been received. WA Gig Guide accepts no responsibility for any damages that de-listing may cause to your business, or any search engines which may also reflect the disappearance of advert or page/s. All adverts or pages/s which are de-listed are still liable for full payment as well as any additional expenses, including but not limited to legal costs, which may be incurred in recovering overdue amounts. All pages will be reinstated for the remaining term of the contract once full payment is received.

All overdue accounts may also be subject to late payment fee of $10 per month and WA Gig Guide may disclose details of overdue accounts in any manner it sees fit to do so including but not limited to disclosure of personal details to debt collection agencies.
WA Gig Guide reserves the right to refuse any advertising without giving reason.

WA Gig Guide reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and all advertisers will be subject to the current terms and conditions posted on our website.
