A youthful (we like to think so) alternative rock band that spawned on the outskirts of Fremantle owning nothing between them apart from their instruments and $4.67 worth of food-stamps.
The Suns Of June stumbled upon a basement and began playing together around the late extremities of 2007 and performed their first gig at Clangfest in may 2008 leaving their crowd pregnant with half man half guitar (and other various instruments) babies.
Still on the prowl for more audiences to slay the Suns Of June have now entered the JJJ high unearthed competition with the single "puppeteer". By mixing together such a wide range of styles; such as electronica, rock, punk, folk, jazz, indie, alternative rock and new prog a Suns Of June performance will change genres more often than they change electric toothbrush heads (which is quite a lot considering their now discounted price).
