Stellas Kitchen is 4 Romeo brothers playing energetically charged rock, with driving beats and catchy melodies.
This unique lineup connects to all ages, as their music is the product of life experiences everyone can relate to. With an age span of 15 years, many bands have influenced each Romeo brother, creating a unique board of styles and genre's to draw upon.
Since 13, Dan has been writing original music, while elder brothers Dom and Carlo were busily involved in their own music circles, styles and bands. Much to 'Stellas' dismay, (mama Romeo!) they never played together and were always busy in their own music projects (the only time she got us together was when we'd be fighting over her pasta in the kitchen!)
It wasnt until late 2005 when youngest brother Jon started teaching himself guitar that Stellas dream was born. Even while some natural talent is in the family, no one predicted the rate at which Jon would not only pick up guitar, but make it sing... and without a single lesson! (he thinks im such a tool for writing that...who cares its true...not to mention he brings the bands average age down to 25!!!...we did it for the ladies!!)
Off the back of numerous songs Dan has written, 2007 has seen the brothers get together and toy with idea of playing and presenting his original music.
In just a few jam sessions, a chemistry and sound evolved that sparked immediate surprise to all that something special had been created. To capture this epiphany and the family connection, the name Stellas Kitchen emerged and was the obvious choice for all...
