Panic State took their first steps towards becoming the band they are today. Initially it was all about getting together to have a bit of fun, and play through some great songs. Before too long the guys realised they had something worth presenting on the local Perth circuit. Within a matter of weeks Rosa and Andrew were brought into the picture, and Panic State was complete.
