The Avenues had two songs "COMPANY" and "BURY ME STANDING" from their self-titled debut EP receive high rotation on JJJ. A fair swag of other radio stations such as, RADIO ADELAIDE, FBI, 3PBS, NOVA, 3 TRIPLE R and UNI stations were very kind to. People would have seen their video clips on Channel V, MTV and Rage.

The four gentlemen who form The Avenues are Andy, Tom, Cain and Shaun. Shaun recently replaced original member Nick on drums as Nick was pinched by End of Fashion to go and record, their album in the USA. The Avenues hold no grudges and everyone remains good friends. Incidentally, Shaun used to be in Spencer Tracy.
